Please fill out this form to give your consent for your student to walk or ride a bike home from school. Students gather in the Learning Commons at the end of the day and are released by an administrator. Once released, they are expected to not trespass on private property, cross the highway, or go to commercial establishments (e.g. QT). You must provide your own lock or chain for bicycles. **NOTE - In the event of inclement weather, we will communicate by 2:30 pm if students will not be able to ride a bike or walk. During inclement weather, you will need to find alternate transportation if your child is not routed to a bus. Please submit a form for each student.
